Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Standard Onsite Deskside support
• Lab support - 2x labs
• Software installation and support
• Make recommendations on software when the scientists request it
• Assist in software procurement
• Lab software updates
• Coordinate with instrument vendors to resolve any instrument issues
• Patching - 1x day per month after hours (6PM) for manual patch installation on lab devices
• Onboarding/offboarding
• Laptop configuration
• Assistance with documentation
• Big Data – SharePoint access and permissions
• Potentially pick up support requests from US and provide remote support
