Responsibilities

• Perform onsite support.
• Handle escalated tickets.
• Perform application support.
• Perform uninstall/reinstall of approved software applications to devices.
• Provide application installation and support services.
• Onboarding/offboarding.
• Conference room and audiovisual support.
• Printer and phone support.
• Migration of employees to laptops.
• Setting client up in Intune and adding necessary software outside of Microsoft Intune.
• Shipping devices to client.

Salary Range

• $65,000-$75,000
