We are seeking a Financial & Legal Business Systems Analyst to provide primary support for key business applications, including Agiloft, Coupa, NetSuite, SimpleLegal, and Workato. This role will be responsible for ensuring system stability, managing integrations, and collaborating with Finance and Legal teams to prioritize enhancements and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support contact for Agiloft, Coupa, NetSuite, SimpleLegal, and Workato, handling release testing, enhancement requests, and bug fixes.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Finance and Legal teams to review and prioritize open items. Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements through rigorous testing, approval processes, and proper documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize financial and legal system integrations (currently managing 18 integrations).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years (minimum) of hands-on configuration experience (techno / functional) with Coupa and Agiloft
  • Experience supporting financial and/or legal systems (Agiloft, Coupa, NetSuite, SimpleLegal, or Workato experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and best practices in system controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage enhancements effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
