Enterprise Sales | Managed Services | Life Sciences | IT & Software Solutions

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Account Executive to drive strategic growth within large Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences organizations.

This is a hunter role focused on expanding enterprise accounts and winning new logos by positioning Slipstream’s Managed Services (MSP) and enterprise IT/software solutions as mission-critical capabilities supporting data, analytics, digital transformation, and commercial operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a defined target account list of large Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences organizations
  • Drive net-new revenue through consultative, enterprise-level sales
  • Lead complex sales cycles for Managed Services and technology solutions (multi-threaded, multi-stakeholder)
  • Engage CIOs, Commercial IT, Data & Analytics leaders, Marketing, and Operations executives
  • Position recurring revenue Managed Services engagements with clear ROI and strategic impact
  • Consistently exceed quota and contribute meaningful revenue growth
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven success selling Managed Services (MSP) and/or enterprise IT/software solutions
  • Direct experience selling into Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or broader Life Sciences organizations
  • Strong relationships with Life Sciences IT and Commercial stakeholders
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees and long sales cycles
  • Demonstrated quota overachievement
  • Executive-level communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills

Work Location

  • Place of employment is expected to be 80% remote.
  • Travel will be no more than 20%.
