Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable and customer communications
  • Daily management of accounts receivable mailbox
  • Daily finance contract reviews
  • Monthly invoicing (creating, sending, tracking project documents and budgets)
  • Weekly collections
• Perform month end activities
  • General ledger journal entries for month end accruals
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Practice Profit & Loss reviews
  • Financial Package KPI’s
• Audit assistance
  • Compiling and providing information requested by auditors
• Participate in and contribute to process efficiency initiatives
• Complete special projects
  • As requested by executives and others
